The “Request bank details” button will show up on a new submission after the business and owner information is entered - simply click that button to email an invitation to the merchant. You will receive a success message confirming the link has been sent.
This option in Partner Portal is only available at submission. Any other time, email email@example.com to request that we send the merchant a link to sync their accounts.
Pro tip: The automated bank sync link will be sent to the email address on file for the merchant. Before selecting “Request bank details” ensure the merchant’s email address is correct.
