We recommend first attempting the following troubleshooting measures if you’re unable to login to your online account to access statements and other documentation:

Verify if you have previously registered successfully for access to our online portal - you would have received an email confirmation from BFS with verification of account creation.

If you have previously registered, then ensure you are using the same email address.

If you have not registered, then you’ll need to create a new account.

Try password and username reset options.

Try using other browsers to perform login, and try clearing your cookies and browsing history. We recommend Google Chrome.

Attempt to register with a different email address that has not been previously used to access your account.
For any BFS loans with a 12-digit account number, or funded following 1 October 2020, please contact our Customer Success team and they will be happy to send you requested material.
