Customer Account Statements and Payoff Letters for BFS account numbers with 10+ digits can be accessed through our newly updated Customer Portal. If it's your first time accessing the Portal, then simple select 'Forgot Password' to enroll your account.
If your account number is 5 digits, then prior-month statements are made available through our Legacy Portal on the 15th day of each month. Details for how to login to our legacy portal can be found below.
If it’s your first time visiting our Legacy Portal, then start by clicking ‘Register’, and complete the following three (3) fields before clicking ‘Continue’:
- Account Number: your BFS customer account number
- Security Number: the last 4 of your SSN
- Postal Code: business zip code
You will then be prompted to create a username and password, which will provide ongoing access to your account.
For all other account documentation, including: statements older than prior-month, payoff letters, contracts, amortization schedules etc. - please contact our Customer Success team and they will be happy to assist.
