If your loan number has 10+ digits, please contact us to obtain your monthly statement.
If your loan number is 5 digits, prior-month account statements are made available through the BFS Capital Client Portal on the 15th day of each month. Details on how to access our Client Portal can be found here.
For all other account documentation, including: statements older than prior-month, payoff letters, contracts, principal and interest breakdown, amortization schedules etc. - please contact our Customer Success team and they will be happy to send you requested material.
Requests must be received from the same email address that we have on file for a user on your account, and include your BFS account number unless otherwise authorized by phone.
