Customer Account Statements and Payoff Letters for BFS account numbers with 10+ digits can be accessed through our newly updated Customer Portal. If it's your first time accessing the Portal, then simple select 'Forgot Password' to enroll your account.
If your account number is 5 digits, then prior-month statements are made available through our Legacy Portal on the 15th day of each month. Details for how to login to our legacy portal can be found here.
For all other account documentation, including older account statements, contracts, amortization schedules, etc. - please contact our Customer Success team and they will be happy to assist.
Requests must be received from the same email address that we have on file for a user on your account, and include your BFS account number unless otherwise authorized by phone.
