Bank information can be updated by providing the following items to our Customer Success team:
- Three (3) months recent bank statement(s);
- Copy of a voided check for the new account.
Requests must be received from the same email address that we have on file for a user on your account, and include your BFS account number unless otherwise authorized by phone.
To update all other account information:
Simply contact the BFS Customer Success team to request updates.
